Pricing
Phase 1 – Assessment
Pricing is provided based on your environment scope and stakeholder needs. The outcome is a scored maturity baseline and a prioritized roadmap of savings opportunities and governance improvements.
Assessment is $20,000 USD
Phase 2 – Remediation (Contingency-Based)
Remediation is contingency-based on realized savings: 30% of dollars saved monthly for a 12-month period. Savings are calculated as the difference between the highest monthly spend during the prior three months (unless those months include seasonal anomalies) and the monthly spend of the first month after remediation activities are completed.
Phase 3 – On-going Management
Dashboard, Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting – 1.5% of monthly cloud spend
Annual Reassessment - $15,000 USD
